We kindly ask all guests to respect the following guidelines to ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

1. Parties & Gatherings. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted in the apartments to maintain a peaceful environment.

2. Noise Consideration Please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM. Excessive noise may result in a fine of €150, charged to the operator.

3. Respectful Behaviour Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or disruptive behavior is not allowed. Management reserves the right to impose penalties if such conduct occurs.

4. Safety & Integrity Illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited. Guests engaging in such activities will be asked to vacate immediately.

5. Alcohol & Intoxicants The possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants is not permitted. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.

6. Balcony Use Hanging clothes or items from the balcony is not allowed. Littering is strictly prohibited; violators may incur a fine of €200.

7. Visitors Visitors are welcome during the day. After 10:00 PM, only registered guests (submitted at the reservation) are allowed.

8. Food Delivery Guests may order food deliveries. For security reasons, delivery riders are not allowed inside; orders can be collected from the entrance.

9. Pets Pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents.

10. Non-smoking room rules. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, and using e-cigarettes/vapes inside guest rooms, balconies, and common areas strictly prohibited. Violations can result in heavy cleaning fees up to €500, potential eviction, and liability for damages. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
